New 'do and New Threads

This Saturday was completing lacking in things to do, so I took the opportunity to wear my new pieces. Here is my outfit of the day :)

If a boyfriend coat feels too heavy, I always substitute jackets or coats for fuzzy, comfortable cardigans. 

Both the coat and cardigan are from Forever 21, tee from Aritzia, skort from Fretsy the Label, and shoes from Target. :-) I had a lot of fun taking these and I want to do it more often for sure. I'm hoping to get a camera soon so I can take better quality pictures than my iPhone hehe. Plus, cheers for my new haircut! Until next time!

Current Wishlist: Autumn Essentials

As always, I have my eye on a few items that I think should be the newest addition to my wardrobe. This round: autumn essentials. 

The first 5 items on my list from no other than Free People: 

1. Secret Origins Pieced Lace Tunic 

This dress it just gorgeous. It's both sole and intricate. The lace is perfect for autumn. Both the front and back have keyhole like spaces made from the lace, adding just the right touch or perfect place for a peekaboo bralette to stick out every now and then. I hope to get this dress as my next little black addition to my closet.

2. Slouchy Vegan Tote

This bag will be perfect for a carry-all. I always have a lot to bring with me, my phone, camera, notebook, books etc...and this beautiful caramel colored tote is a great finishing touch to any autumn ensemble. 

3. Clipperton Felt Hat

This simple yet vital hat in black needs to enter my closet. I have yet to find the best black hat for me around, but I think this is it. I have not gotten around to seeing it in person but it is definitely one of my missions!

4. Polar Bear Pullover 

Everyone needs a nice fuzzy pullover for the fall and winter months. This one is in my line of fire. Ivory is a great color to get a pullover in both for its versatility and beauty. I plan to use this sweater for layering galore.

Both of these boots will be perfect for the thins I have in mind for this fall. I hope to get items like the above if not them soon! Let the wardrobe transitions begin!

Let Autumn Begin...

Autumn has officially begun, at least according to my calendar and I am incredibly excited.

I wanted to share what my current inspiration was for my favorite season. Here are some key elements that have shaped my plans for Autumn.

Despite the lack of temperature decrease where I currently reside, I am beyond excited to get new fall pieces for my wardrobe. As well as drink copious amounts of hot coffee and read as many books as possible while snuggling in bed. Bring on cozy sweaters, chunky boots and dainty accessories!

Saturday's OOTD

Hi! 

Posting this a little late, but just a simple outfit of the day. I wore this to do some shopping. Extremely comfortable. I tied up a tank from Brandy and threw a random plaid shirt over. Jeans are thrifted and cuffed. Lastly, to balance out the casual vibe I wore my Katz from Topshop. :-)
